Move your team to Re4lty together. You lead it and set your team's split; Re4lty Inc's broker approves you, your team and each agent.

You set the team split

Your share of each member's commission after Re4lty's split, up to 90%, plus an optional share on leads the team gives them. A change applies when the member accepts it.

Re4lty Inc pays everyone

Under Florida law commissions go to the brokerage, which pays you and each member.

You share it; Re4lty doesn't email or text them. The broker approves each one.

It says Team or Group and always appears with Re4lty Inc (Rule 61J2-10.026).

Florida rule 61J2-10.026: the name says "Team" or "Group", and it can't use Realty, Real Estate, Brokerage, Brokers, Agency, Associates, Properties, Company, Inc, LLC or other words that sound like a separate company. Every ad shows Re4lty Inc, at least as large as the team name.

3. Your agents

Either way you get one link for your agents. You send it; Re4lty doesn't email or text them. Each agent applies through the normal sign-up and the broker approves each one.

I understand: Re4lty Inc's broker approves me, my team and each agent. Re4lty Inc receives every commission and pays each of us (Florida law). I set only my team's share; Re4lty's split and fees are set by the broker. Team ads show Re4lty Inc and never present the team as a separate company.
