Every step below can be done in a day: apply, sign DBPR form RE 11, tell your brokerage and your MLS, and sign your paperwork. DBPR, your MLS and your association then update their records on their own timelines; you and the broker follow it all on one checklist.
A short application on re4lty.com: your name, email, phone and Florida license number. The broker reviews it and agrees your split with you.
2. DBPR form RE 11: Change EmployerRe4lty's broker
Re4lty's broker sends RE 11 in WolfSign only after pressing Approve & send. You sign Section IV, then the broker signs Section III for Re4lty Inc (CQ1069743). Your Sign link appears on your tracker.
3. The broker files the change with DBPRRe4lty's broker
Online at DBPR (or the signed RE 11 by mail), within 10 days of your request. Ticked when DBPR confirms it.
4. Tell your current brokerage you're leavingYou

5. Move your MLS membership to Re4lty Inc's officeYou
Contact your MLS with the words below once RE 11 is signed, then add your MLS member ID on Getting started.
6. Sign Re4lty's agent agreementYou
Your Independent Contractor Agreement, with your split in Schedule A. It comes in WolfSign with your welcome packet once the broker approves you.

8. Bank details for your commissionsYou
Paid as soon as Re4lty receives the commission, by ACH, wire or check — your choice. Your deal file must be complete first: every required document approved by the broker. The broker sends you Mercury's secure form for your bank details (or a mailing address for checks) and your W-9.
